In the clip, a bikini-clad Scherzinger can be seen doing a series of lunges and overhead dumbbell presses. She follows this with a quick workout on a stationary bike, after which she completes a series of yoga-inspired moves on a weight bench. Nicole likes to start most workouts with cardio. And I know that a lot of Victoria Secret models l o ve boxing! After her cardio, she does targeted strength training exercises that focus on her abs and core stabilizing muscles.
She starts with sit-ups on the exercise ball and then moves to squats to strengthen and tone her glutes and thighs. Nicole also loves doing yoga and she often shows her yoga moves on social medis!
Her favourite is hot yoga which helps keep her heart rate up while letting her build strength with every movement. This helps her tone her muscles without building bulk —ideal for someone who prefers a leaner look!

Scherzinger then does a series of lunges with knee lifts, holding a dumbbell in front of her chest as she extends one leg behind her, bends deeply into the lunge, and brings that same leg up to meet her chest. To round out her workout, Scherzinger does a series of fast-paced high knee lifts with both legs. Though it's clear Scherzinger's routine is hard work, there's plenty of fun involved, too—including some fast-paced twerking and Latin-inspired dancing.
